Class Balance Adjustments
★ Adjusted the long-existing high randomicity issue of various skills’ activation chances, so as to balance the activation chances.
★ Skill-related Modifications:
Warriors
★ Skill: Bloodlust, removed the effect of reducing own current HP to boost Haste Rating by 5
★ Skill: Perish Together, added a judgment on whether the attacker or the defender is a dragon knight
★ Skill: Pelting Strike, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Whirlwind, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Thunder Strike, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Frost Strike, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
Assassins
★ Slightly increased the speed of Lv40-55 weapons for assassins
★ Skill: Extra Wield, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased attack damage points
★ Skill: Haste, increased the chances to enter the Haste state
★ Skill: Entwine, increased the activation chances of the skill
★ Skill: Jab, increased the activation chances by 5% and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Poison, increased the activation chances and added a judgment on whether the opponent is a Dragon Knight. If the opponent is a Dragon Knight, then the reduced HP will be different
★ Skill: Assault, increased the activation chances of its sub-skill
★ Skill: Maim, increased the activation chances of its sub-skill
★ Skill: Uprush, removed the effect of reducing Dodge Rate and replaced the effect of increasing Haste Rating with increasing Fatal Strike Rate
★ Skill: Focus, increased the effect of reducing the enemy’s shield
★ Skill: Weaken, increased the activation chances
Mages
★ Skill: Lightning Strike, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Lightning Fang, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Roaring Flame, increased the activation chances and the corresponding increased damage points
★ Skill: Burning Curse, increased the activation chances of its sub-skill, and added a judgment on whether the opponent is a Dragon Knight when the Burning state is activated. If the opponent is a Dragon Knight, then the reduced HP will be different
★ Skill: Fire Shield, added a judgment on whether the opponent is a Dragon Knight when the Burning state is activated. If the opponent is a Dragon Knight, then the reduced HP will be different
★ Skill: Fiery Revenge I, II, III, added a judgment on whether the opponent is a Dragon Knight when the Burning state is activated. If the opponent is a Dragon Knight, then the reduced HP will be different
Guild War Adjustments
★ Adjustments:
a) UI adjustments
b) Same number of players for each side;
c) Removed display of guild buildings from the battle scene;
d) Three Dragon Knights for each side;
e) Dragon Knight’s HP is twice as much as that of a common player;
f) Three dragons for each side: Flame Dragon, Ice Dragon and Storm Dragon;
g) Each Dragon Knight has corresponding dragon skills, which is the same with the original setting; but if the guild hasn’t upgraded the corresponding skills, then no skills will be available to dragon knights, and the activation chances of dragon skills have all been changed to 100%;
h) Rules for Dragon Knights’ Death and HP Reduction:
When a dragon is hit, the system will judge whether its corresponding dragon knight is alive and then reduce its HP according to the HP reduction rules;
When a Dragon Knight is dead, it will revive after certain cooldown time and subject to the same death rules with other players, including not able to attack and be attacked after death, and the death cooldown will be affected by Ice Dragon’s skill;
i) Dragon Knights are also able to attack the opponent’s Dragons, with the same HP reduction rules;
j) When the Dragon Rage is full, it will restore 2% HP for dragons, but not for Dragon Knights any more;
k) When a Guild War starts, the system will directly recover 1% HP for dragons (when their HP isn’t full) every minute.
l) Win or Lose Judgment:
Within the stipulated time, the guild, whose three dragons’ HP has all reduced to zero, will be judged as the winner;
Within the stipulated time, if both of the two guilds’ dragons still have HP, then the guild which gains 150 war points first will be judged as the winner;
When the stipulated warring time ends, if the total HP of each guild’s three dragons isn’t zero, then the guild with the most HP will be the winner; if they have the same HP, then the defending guild will be the winner.
m) Punishment After a Guild War Ends:
Transferred popularity points and obtained contribution points remain unchanged
If the defending guild fails, then the durability of all its buildings will be reduced by 50%, and the offending guild will gain some gold according to its buildings’ durability;
If the offending guild fails, then the defending guild will gain no special reward.
n) Modified the duration of each guild war to 30 minutes;
o) Modified dragon skills:
1. Flame Dragon Skill: increased the damage dealt by its Dragon Knight;
2. Each level will increase the damage by 40%, 60%, 80%, 105%, 125% and 150% respectively;
3. Ice Dragon Skill: increased the revival cooldown of the opponent guild’s members until the Ice Dragon is killed;
4. Each level will increase the revival CD by 5, 8, 11, 14, 17 and 20 seconds respectively;
5. Storm Dragon Skill: increased own guild members’ attack until the Storm Dragon is killed;
6. Each level will increase the attack by 5%, 8%, 11%, 14%, 17% and 20% respectively.
p) Modified the damage against dragons during dragon-slaying;
q) Modified the revival CD to 30 seconds;
r) Modified the dragon-slaying CD to 25 seconds;
s) Now when a dragon has a dragon knight, the dragon will only suffer 20% damage; when the dragon knight is dead, the dragon will suffer 100% damage;
t) Other adjustments: Modified the original 8PM starting time of guild wars to 7:30PM
★ Modified the amount of guild contribution points required to exchange for a Dragon Stone from 55 to 26;
★ Modified the amount of contribution points that can be gained from each kill in guild wars from 1 to 2;
★ Increased the EXP gains from doing guild quests in Job Center;
★ Increased the uses of guild popularity points, the more popularity points a guild has, the better effects its guild buildings can buff.

★ Fixed the bug that when fire mages’ “Scorch” skill was activated, an information error would occur in mailed combat reports
